First-time buyers, investors, couples, and families were in attendance at the lovely Duc de Lorraine Salon de Thé on July 11 as we officially launched the sales of our Le Jockey project in Côte-des-Neiges. 6 of our 21 living spaces were reserved during the event, which represents close to 30% of the project. One of our first customers of the evening was a first-time buyer who had been following KnightsBridge’s projects for many years and was delighted to hear that we were building Le Jockey so close to her job! Knowing that most of you are waiting for the right KnightsBridge project is a motivating testimony for our hard-working team and a great confidence vote in our shared values!
Nearly 100 people came to discover Le Jockey. Among the ones we met, many were thrilled by the ideal location of the project in the Triangle a borough of Côte-des-Neiges that is experiencing a rapid revitalization thanks to an investment of more than 60 million dollars from the city from Montreal. The changes are already visible as work is underway to widen the sidewalks, add green spaces, modernize the Parc de la Savane and increase the commercial offer of the area. Investors also see the growth potential of the area as Carbonleo confirmed its financial partnership with the L Catterton private equity to develop the Royalmount Centre nearby.
About the Jockey
Named in honor of the riders who have traveled the famous Blue Bonnets racetrack formerly located in the neighborhood, Le Jockey is the third project of our Nature Series. It is a unique and intimate project with 21 eco-friendly living spaces, designed by Régis Côté et associés.
In addition to its superior construction quality, one of the peculiarities of the project is undoubtedly the measures we put in place to reduce its ecological footprint. Since we aim to obtain a LEED certification, everything was designed to minimize the occupant's carbon footprint, energy consumption and maximize comfort and well-being.
The Nature Series by KnightsBridge
After Le Jardinier in Hochelaga and Le Barista in Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie, Le Jockey in Côte-des-Neiges is the latest project in this series that aims to make high-quality eco-friendly products accessible to a wider clientele.
KnightsBridge is invested in its community
For each condo sold, KnightsBridge will donate $ 333 to the "Pour 3 points" non-profit to support the development of their solidarity network in various schools in Côte-des-Neiges.
The Pour 3 Points organization helps young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in their personal development by providing them with sports coaches who mentor them in their activities and provide the support they need to succeed in school and in life.
