100% of the townhouses are sold
The sales for TAK Village townhouses and stacked houses were launched in style at a fully booked event that took place Thursday, November 15 at the TAK Village’s sales office!
A green village in the heart of a lively neighbourhood
Inspired by a Scandinavian way of life, remember that TAK Village is meant to be full of warmth and to bring people together. The project includes high-end indoor and outdoor designs created to enhance the relationships between all occupants. To avoid having the project split by a street, we limited the access to cars to the periphery of the village. The 100% pedestrian site will then be organized the same way Montreal green alleys were, with a small square, a water play area, and sand boxes.
Comprised of 40% of green spaces, TAK Village, representing a $100m investment, also includes a 16,150 ft² public linear park with outdoor exercise stations. A concerted effort in order to improve the quality of outdoor areas, that seems to be successful. In an article published in the Saturday, November 10 edition of La Presse +, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie borough mayor François W. Croteau highlighted the improvements made to the initial development plan (originating from a third party), stating that “the new project is less dense than the previous one. The greening is more important to promote better living conditions.”
Many townhouses, stacked townhouses, and condos are still available!
